We will spend some time chatting about your trip goals and where you are in the planning process. Based on the scope of work, a Planning Fee invoice will be sent. Once paid, your detailed custom proposal can be expected in 5-10 days.

Based on our Travel Consultation a custom proposal will be crafted specifically for your trip. A detailed walk through will be delivered to your inbox for you to review. You will be given control to supply feedback on the proposal and modifications can be made during this time.

Once the proposal is exactly how you want it you will approve the proposal and be invoiced for the deposit amount to secure your trip. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.
