The first step to designing your travels with intention is to complete the brief contact form or schedule a Zoom call from the Travel Consult Calendar. The details provided in the form gives an aerial view of your travel plans.

Travel Consultation
During the Zoom call we will spend some time chatting about your trip goals, wish lists, and where you are in the planning process. We will determine dates and destination and give your trip "bones". A Planning Fee invoice will be sent after our call along with a recap email for your review. You can determine if we are a good fit to work together and would like to hire GGTC. Once the fee has been paid, I'll begin crafting your custom proposal.

Review Your Proposal
I will email my First & Best proposal with a video walkthrough to your inbox for you to review. The proposal will outline the details of your incredible vacation and can be modified to fit your desires. You will be given control to supply feedback on the proposal until it is exactly how you want it!

Once the proposal is exactly how you want it you will approve the proposal and be invoiced for the deposit amount to secure your trip. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.
