I find that life goes a little smoother when we know what to expect. This is what you can expect from me at the different stages of planning your trip-of-a-lifetime.
Discovery phone call
After completing the contact form, I will send you an email link to my calendar for you to select a time that fits your schedule for the Discovery Phone Call. During this 30 minute call, we will dive further into your trip desires and discuss the planning option that best suits your needs. Once the Research & Design invoice has been paid, I will begin creating your proposal.

Customize &
Review Your Proposal
I will take insights from the Discovery Call and apply my knowledge and supplier partner connections to create a proposal that I think meets all your travel wishes. You will be given control to supply feedback on the proposal and modifications can be made during this time.

confirm your itinerary
Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through.

planning & design fee?
To properly plan and design a completely customized vacation, I take the time to chat with each client and learn what inspires them, hear of memories from past vacations, and understand personal preferences on accommodations and experiences. I work with vetted suppliers to find the best value for your money and make recommendations based on your budget, passing along partner perks along the way. Should any unforeseen hiccup arise in-travel or in-destination I, or an in-destination partner, will be available to assist with those situations.
